💡 Shimmering Light Mawlid is a beautiful book of poems praising the Holy Messenger ﷺ, written by Shaykh Al-Habib Umar bin Hafidh. It is traditionally recited in remembrance gatherings (Majlis) around the world in the Tarim Hadramaut (Yemen) style.

📖 Shaykh Amin Abdi Rahman Mohamed, one of our popular visiting Imams and founder of the new Riyādh ul Jannah organisation, has received permission from Shaykh Al-Habib Umar to hold weekly recitals of this wonderful book at WFIA for the Friday Night Youth Mawlid Gatherings during the blessed month of Rabi Al Awwal.

🌴 Shaykh Al-Habib Umar himself has named this weekly recital programme the Riyādh ul Jannah Majlis (“Gathering”) and invites everyone to participate.
